Michelle Mimms-Duchan is a licensed Indiana Bail Agent with nearly a decade of experience serving individuals and families with professionalism, integrity, and compassion. Since entering the bail industry in 2017, she has built a reputation for reliability, discretion, and strong knowledge of the legal system, helping clients navigate challenging situations with confidence and clarity.

Committed to raising the standard of the profession, Michelle became an Indiana Certified Licensed Instructor in 2023, teaching Bail and Recovery Agent Pre-Licensing courses to prepare the next generation of agents. In 2025, she expanded her instructional role as a Licensed Instructor for Bail and Recovery Agent Continuing Education, further demonstrating her leadership and dedication to professional excellence within the industry.

In addition to her work in bail and recovery, Michelle has been licensed in Health and Life Insurance since 2023, allowing her to serve clients more holistically by helping them protect both their freedom and their financial future.
